By accessing or using our website, services, and treatments, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before booking or purchasing any service.
1. General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Astrum Medical Laser Clinic.
1.2. By using our website (www.astrummedical.com) or booking an appointment, you agree to comply with these terms.
1.3. Astrum Medical Laser Clinic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be available on our website. It is your responsibility to review these regularly.
2. Appointments and Bookings
2.1. All laser hair removal treatments require a patch test to ensure safety and suitability. If you have had a patch test within the last six months, you may not need to undergo another one; however, it is essential to check with our team prior to your treatment.
2.2. We request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms.
2.3. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, as we strive to stay on schedule for all clients.
2.4. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payments
3.1. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or on the day of treatment.
3.2. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
3.3. Prices for treatments and packages are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of booking will apply to your treatment.
4. Offers and Promotions
4.1. All offers, promotions, and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
4.2. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions unless explicitly stated.
4.3. The promotional add-on offer for adding additional treatment areas is 10 pence, not £10, and is only valid when booked with a qualifying treatment.
4.4. Promotional packages must be redeemed within the specified time period and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
5. Medical Information
5.1. It is essential that all clients provide accurate and up-to-date medical information during the consultation. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications may affect the outcome of your treatment.
5.2. Astrum Medical Laser Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if the Medical Director or any practitioner believes it is not in the best interest of the client’s health and safety.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1. Treatments and consultations are non-refundable once administered.
6.2. Refunds are only issued if an appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice or if a prepaid package cannot be completed due to medical reasons (proof required).
6.3. Prepaid treatment packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions beyond this period will be forfeited.
7. Liability
7.1. Astrum Medical Laser Clinic will not be liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice provided.
7.2. We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises.
8. Privacy
8.1. Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing treatments and will be kept in accordance with GDPR regulations.
